Cornwall Dementia Conferences
Every year, as we approach Dementia Action Week in mid-May, our Cornwall community comes together for the annual Dementia Conference – a space where families, carers, professionals, and people living with dementia can connect, share stories, and learn from one another. These gatherings are filled with compassion, practical insight, and hope.
