We are a forward-thinking, high-QOF achieving practice with 17,500 patients, two large dispensaries, a practice-owned pharmacy, and a well-established training program for GP registrars, nurses, and pharmacists. Main duties of the job:

Work with a Cutting-Edge Practice: Our practice is built around innovation and patient-centred care. We were pioneers in introducing telephone consulting over 9 years ago and have continually refined our systems to ensure excellent patient access while maintaining GP control over their workload.

Comprehensive Support System: We aim to minimize administrative burdens for GPs by leveraging our highly skilled Medical Secretary team, Medicines Management team, and dedicated clinical and administrative support. You’ll have the time and space to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care to your patients.

Tailored Professional Development: We actively encourage GPs to explore their interests and enhance their day-to-day practice. Whether it’s training GP registrars, collaborating with our award-winning research team, or developing clinics in specialties such as women’s health, dermatology, or minor operations, we offer numerous opportunities to diversify your career.

Join a large, well-supported Multidisciplinary Team: You’ll work alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, and a full-time Social Prescriber. For a practice of our size, home visit requests are minimal, allowing you to focus on patient care in a modern setting.

What We’re Looking For:
A GP who shares our passion for patient care, staff wellbeing, and team-based working.

Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to make a real difference in the practice.

A proactive individual who wants to contribute to the practices success and take advantage of career development opportunities.
