The surgery has served the local community since 1874 from its Grade II listed building and is home to a dedicated team, providing care to approximately 10,000 registered patients. We also have exciting plans to deliver a state-of-the-art redevelopment of the surgery in the very near future.

Your Role & Responsibilities
Working as a core member of our multidisciplinary team (alongside Practice Nurses, ACPs, Care Coordinators and Pharmacists), you will help shape the future of a valuable local service that cares for approximately 10,000 registered patients.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Balanced Clinical Delivery: Managing a balanced mix of 15-minute appointments across face-to-face, telephone consultations, and home visits.
Complex Care Management: Providing patient-focussed, evidence-based care across planned and urgent primary care presentations.
MDT Leadership: Supporting the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure complex and long-term condition patients receive the right care from the right clinician.
Potential career progression opportunities within the Group, driving primary care excellence across the organisation.
Opportunities to develop portfolio responsibilities both within the practice and across wider group services.
What We’re Looking For
Registration: GMC Registered General Practitioner, on the GP Specialty Register, and on the NHS Performers List.
Experience: Post-CCT experience in Primary or Urgent Care.
Organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred healthcare.
A collaborative mindset with the drive to mentor and support the wider multidisciplinary primary care team.
What We Offer
Salary: Dependent on experience
NHS Pension: 20.6% employer contribution.
30 days plus Bank Holidays (pro-rata), plus an extra day of leave awarded for every year of service.
Protected CPD & Study Time: 10% of weekly working hours set aside for Continuing Professional Development (CPD), plus 5 days of study leave per annum (pro-rata).
Support & Indemnity: Full indemnity cover provided for all hours worked.
Relocation & Sponsorship: Relocation support may be considered, alongside Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
