The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training aims to provide the health and care workforce with the right skills and knowledge to provide safe, compassionate and informed care to autistic people and people with a learning disability. This requirement is set out in the Health and Care Act 2022. There are two tiers of training dependent on your role:

Tier 2 Face to Face Training Days are available to book, as below. Please email rcht.olivermcgowantraining@nhs.net to request a place.

N.B. A place on the training is only secured when you have received confirmation from the RCHT team. Sending an email does not automatically reserve a place.
