This session is designed for anyone within the practice who is responsible for creating, developing, or strengthening their Patient Participation Group (PPG).
It explores what makes an effective PPG, why these groups are essential, and how they can be used to support practice improvement and patient engagement.
Participants will learn practical approaches to recruiting members, sustaining involvement, and getting the best out of their PPG to ensure it becomes a valuable and active voice within the practice.
