This training will be taking place on the 19th July 9.15-4.30 at Victoria Conference Centre, Station Approach, Victoria, St Austell, PL26 8LG (Chenoweth Suite). Refreshments will be made available during the session. Lunch will not be provided so please do bring your own.
This course is for staff who are Independent and/or Supplementary Prescribers working within primary care.
This session will be delivered by:
- Dr Colin Roberts, GP and Associate Professor in Advanced Practice at University of Plymouth, and
- Gavin Wollacott, ACP, Programme Lead for Independent and/or Supplementary Prescribing and Lecturer in Advanced Practice at University of Plymouth.
The study day will be delivered with a clinical supervision ethos, where case studies can be discussed and debated and clinicians can work collaboratively within action learning sets. In the afternoon, advanced skills will be covered.

Cost of Course
This course is provided free of charge to members of the Primary Care Education Programme. For non-members, a charge of £186 (including VAT) applies.
