The session is taking place on the 18th June 2024, 9.30-16.00, at Carew House, Bodmin.
The workshop is open to all colleagues working across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly in health and social care.
The aim of this one-day workshop is to support you to use coaching style conversations in the normal course of your work with team members and colleagues.
The focus will be how we can use a coaching approach to create change, improve performance and enable others to flourish, for example at team meetings, one to one conversations, appraisals, personal development and diffusing conflict.
During the workshop we will focus on the key ingredients of a coaching conversation and cultivating a coaching mindset.
You will learn about core coaching knowledge and behaviours with opportunitiesto practice your coaching skills throughout the day.
