Developing facilitators. Supporting learning. Strengthening primary care.
Cornwall Training Hub is expanding its primary care facilitator workforce and is inviting expressions of interest from clinicians and experienced healthcare professionals who would like to support workforce development across primary care.
We are looking for individuals with an interest in education, mentorship, service improvement and clinical leadership to contribute to a range of Training Hub initiatives, programmes and learning activities.
Facilitators may contribute in a variety of ways depending on their expertise and interests, including:
- Delivering or supporting formal teaching and training sessions
- Coaching or mentoring healthcare professionals
- Supporting clinical leadership, service development and redesign
- Audit and quality improvement activity
- Facilitating or contributing to Communities of Practice
This opportunity is open to clinicians and experienced professionals across the system who are interested in developing their facilitation and education skills, contributing to system improvement and supporting colleagues across Cornwall.
Successful applicants can join the Cornwall Training Hub staff bank, with opportunities to contribute to programmes and initiatives on a flexible, ad-hoc basis depending on their expertise and the time they have available, allowing this work to fit alongside existing clinical roles.
