We’re very grateful to disAbility Cornwall & IoS who have produced an excellent video to support the third Cornwall Dementia Conference for anyone who was unable to attend.
The video, featuring Kernow Health's Dementia Education Lead, and organiser of the Dementia Conference Paul Cadger, reflects on what happened on the day with discussions on how services and providers across Devon, Cornwall, and the Isles of Scilly are working together to help people living with dementia, and those who care for them, to live well.
The video features insights from our expert speakers and contributors, and celebrates the third conference to be organised by Kernow Health.
