Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming manner.
• Manage appointment bookings and patient enquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Assist with the management of patient correspondence and communication.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is desirable but not essential.
