This community of practice will provide an opportunity for everybody working in General Practice, in Cornwall, to join together on a regular basis and engage in both peer and specialist support.
This respiratory community practice session will take place on the 13th February 2025, 2:00pm-4.00pm.

Jo Hamilton is a Respiratory Nurse Specialist with over 30 years’ experience in the NHS. She is passionate and committed in upskilling and supporting Healthcare Professional development in Respiratory Care and Management through aligning and simplifying Treatment Guidelines and Pathways and designing effective training programmes shaped around the needs of Clinicians and Allied Health Professionals which has resulted into improved outcomes for patients. Recently appointed as the West Midlands Respiratory Lead for Primary Care.
Respiratory community of practice sessions will take place virtually on a bi-monthly basis and will consist of.
