We are thrilled to announce a collaboration between the Cornwall Primary Care Training Hub and Health Innovation Southwest for an upcoming webinar on lipid optimisation management in Cornwall. This session is specifically designed for all healthcare professionals in primary care, involved in lipid management.
This session is taking place on the 12th September, 12.30-2.00, via MS Teams. This session will cover:
- Case finding and organising work – strategies for identifying and managing patients requiring lipid management
- Primary and secondary management – including QOF requirements and best practices for comprehensive lipid management
- Lipid management pathways – navigating lipid management, addressing statin intolerance, and escalating treatment
- Referral guidelines – understanding when and when not to refer patients to secondary care
