This course is taking place at Victoria Offices and Conference Centre (Victoria Suite), PL26 8LG.
This course will introduce you to the basics of finance and is suitable for those new into managing or inputting into accounts. It is delivered by Nicola Davies, Practice Manager Ambassador for KHCIC, and founding member of the Institute of General Practice Management (IGPM). Nicola is a highly experienced Practice Manager with over 25 years in practice management, and will give you an overview of accounts and what you may not know! This course is for new in post Practice Managers, Assistant Practice Managers, new Finance Managers or GP Partners who are either new, or in need of a refresher. It will cover the following topics:
- End of month GMS statements
- Drugs reimbursement
- PCSE – including how to pull statements.
Cost of Course
This course is provided free of charge to members of the Primary Care Education Programme. For non-members, a charge of £48 (including VAT) will apply.
