This is a full day workshop, 9.30 to 16.30, taking place at the Victoria Offices and Conference Centre, PL26 8LG.
From quality improvement (QI) theory to initiating a project, this full day workshop introduces several techniques alongside the model for improvement with practical applications. This workshop will give participants a complete overview from setting up a QI project through the phases to ‘make normal’ by linking theory and practice through action-based learning. The session will cover:
- Introduction to quality improvement science
- QI diagnostics
- Design ideas and testing
- Introduction to Model for Improvement
- Measuring for improvement
- Moving to sustain and spread
This training will be delivered by Naomi Burden Consulting and Coaching. Naomi brings together a blend of healthcare improvement, safety science, leadership to offer a unique learning experience.
