With a specific focus on:
- the introduction of neonatal care leave.
- the latest changes on holiday pay (the 2-year backstop)
- steps employers are taking to address the financial impact of the increase in employer National Insurance contributions
- the latest on the Employment Rights Bill, including the consultations and its journey through parliament
- guidance and government initiatives on employing neurodiverse workers; and
- how employers are progressing with the implementation of the Worker Protection Act 2023 (amendment of Equality Act 2010) and the latest guidance from the Equality and Human Rights Commission
