We are an enthusiastic and friendly team of 13 GPs (a mixture of partners and salaried GPs) and 2 Managing Partners. Our efficient administrative team undertake document workflow within the practice and provide excellent support to our doctors, with a focus on trying to minimise administrative GP time and maximise time spent with patients.

Proudly evolving with the changing face of medicine, our friendly team includes Nurse Prescribers, an ANP, First Contact Physios and Clinical Pharmacists. We work with our PCN to provide a hugely successful Specialist Paramedic home visiting service for our housebound patients, managing the majority of our visit requests. We also work alongside the local PCN Wellbeing Hub who assist with a large volume of mental health presentations.

The practice values collaborative working and supports portfolio careers including GPwSI and secondary care integration. We are a very sociable team with daily team coffee breaks, weekly clinical meetings and monthly training sessions, in addition to meet ups outside of work. Our salaried GPs are offered support via an in-house GP mentor, and all our employees have access to a support service funded by the practice. Many of our GPs run at 15 minute appointments, have varied start times and also have opportunities for additional earnings via evening and weekend IAGP hours.
