GP Partner – Neetside Surgery, Bude

Hours: 6-8 sessions per week

Summary

We have an exciting opportunity to join a small supportive team on the North Cornwall Coast. Bude – the sunniest town in Cornwall! Bude is renowned for outdoor activities such as surfing, swimming, cycling and walking. We have 2 Blue Flag beaches.

There are currently 2 full time partners and 2 part time salaried GP’s, along with a part-time Paramedic, ANP and Pharmacist for 6500 patients. Due to forthcoming retirement of one of our GP Partner’s, we have 6 – 8 sessions per week available.

  • We work very closely with our PCN and have a wide range of staff i.e.. Mental Health Nurses, Health and Wellbeing Coach, Social Prescriber, Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, Data & Quality IT Administrator, Frailty Co-Ordinator, Healthcare Assistants, Learning Disability Care Co-ordinator, Safeguarding Care Co-ordinator, Diabetes Care Co-ordinator
  • Also within the PCN we have an excellent home visiting team made up of ANP and Paramedics
  • Sign posting and Total Triage system in place within the team
  • Nurse led Long Term Condition Care
  • Fully integrated use of MS Teams, AccuRx, TPP SystemOne
