Key Working Relationships
You will work closely with:
Group Clinical Lead– ensuring clinical quality, compliance, and governance.
Associate Director of Patient Safety & Associate Director of Quality- ensuring safe, effective patient care and high standards in line with regulatory requirements
Business Manager – partnering to improve operations, efficiency, and service delivery.
Regional Network Operations Manager – to ensure alignment with operational and strategic priorities within the southern practices.
A wider supportive MDT and organisational network dedicated to innovation and clinical excellence.
Knowledge, Training & Experience (Person Specification)
Essential:
GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List (no restrictions).
Experienced GP with a genuine interest in clinical leadership and service improvement.
Evidence of continued professional development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong commitment to audit, governance, safety and quality.
Ability to build supportive, positive working relationships.
Embraces change and contributes positively to team dynamics.
Committed to the values and vision of OneMedicare.
High standard of clinical accuracy, reliability and attention to detail.
Strong digital and clinical system literacy.

Competitive salary: Up to £120,000 per annum FTE
