Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary site team, creating a positive, empowered culture
Ensure effective communication, 1-2-1s, appraisals, and development pathways
Champion innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
Operational Management
Oversee daily running of the practice including staffing, clinics, and cover arrangements
Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, NHS contracts and internal policies
Manage inspections, audits, incidents, complaints and reporting
Lead on Health & Safety, IT, premises and risk management
Strategic Delivery & Quality
Drive delivery of QOF, LES, DES, and all contract obligations
Ensure service quality, patient safety, and clinical governance standards are consistently met
Business Growth & Financial Performance
Grow the registered patient list through local engagement and service excellence
Maximise income across NHS funded and private services
Lead budget planning and financial management
Monitor income/expenditure and ensure robust financial controls
Stakeholder & Community Engagement
Build trusted relationships with patients, PCNs, ICBs, local commissioners and community groups
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a confident, people-first leader with a strategic mindset and operational rigour.
Essential Criteria
Senior leadership experience
Track record of successfully managing teams, contracts, and change
Strong understanding of NHS frameworks (QOF, CQC, KPIs, contract delivery)
Budget management and performance delivery
Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills

About Rosedean House Surgery & OneMedical Group
Located in the heart of Liskeard, Rosedean House Surgery serves a diverse and growing patient population. The surgery is situated in a historic Grade II listed building that will soon be undergoing redevelopment — bringing together architectural heritage with a modern, patient-centred design.

- What We Offer
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 per annum (with scope to increase for an exceptional candidate)
