Are you an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner looking for a new opportunity in a picturesque rural, coastal setting? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ACP to join our friendly and dynamic team at Morrab Surgery in Penzance, Cornwall.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic investigations.
  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with practice guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Lead and support clinical initiatives to improve patient care and practice performance.
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff, including nurses and healthcare assistants.
  • Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Registered healthcare professional (e.g., nurse, paramedic, pharmacist) with current registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent qualification.
  • Significant clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
  • Independent prescribing qualification (or willingness to obtain).
