HEART UK, Health Innovation Network and local clinical experts across primary and secondary care, are bringing live collaboration to the region to spotlight the heightened focus on cholesterol in secondary prevention of Cardiovascular disease (CVD). This one-day event will be an opportunity to share best practice across the South West region, network with colleagues, and gain insights into national models delivering the National Lipid Guidance.
Learning outcomes
Improve the Cornish population’s Cardiovascular health by:
- Increasing understanding of the national and local CVD priorities.
- Increasing knowledge and confidence to manage and optimise patients using a CVD wide approach based on the most up to date guidance and best practice.
- Increasing awareness of community intervention for lifestyle change.
