This course will be delivered face to face at the County Arms, Truro.
This course is aimed at Dispensary Managers already in post or for those hoping to be. The session will be delivered by Lynn Bagnall, who worked for 26 years in community pharmacy, followed by 12 years in General Practice as Dispensary Manager.
The course will cover:
- DSQS
- The importance of working with wholesalers
- Stock control
- Working with drug representatives
- Getting the whole team on board
- What the ICB want of the practice
Course cost:
This course is funded for staff employed within primary care in Cornwall. We reserve the right to cancel ineligible bookings.
